Defective Workmanship: Resultant physical loss or damage following defective servicing or repair.
Products Liability: Damages incurred as a result of defective goods sold or supplied by manufacturers or suppliers.
Employer’s Liability: Liability incurred by employers following occupational injury to employees who do not fall under the “Compensation for Occupation Injuries and Diseases Act”. |
